Queenswood is a residential community located near Elizabeth City in Pasquotank County, North Carolina. It is a planned 278 Single Family Home Community. Queenswood Property Owners' Association, Inc. is a North Carolina non-profit corporation set up to administer the affairs of Queenswood. 

The purpose of the Association is Fourfold: 

• To preserve the values and property in Queenswood, including the maintenance of its    common areas, equipment, buildings and the enforcement of deed restrictions (covenants).

• To advance the welfare (security, safety and well-being) with respect to the quality of life and beauty of our residential community.

• To promote an appropriate infrastructure for the common benefit of its home owners.

• To encourage the active participation of its home owners in annual meetings, community events, serving on the board of directors, serving on committees for association improvement, participating in the neighborhood watch for a safe and secure environment, and pitching in when needed to make a better community for the common good of all homeowners.
