Queenswood Property Owners' Association is now being managed by Cedar Management Company

The 2024 annual assessment remains at $285.00.  The HOA runs on a calendar year.
There is a $100.00 initial capital assessment fee, paid by the buyers, due at the time of each property transfer.

 

Architectural Review Committee

Per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Queenswood Subdivision, Article VII, Architectural Review Committee: "All new construction of any improvement, including without limitation residences or fences, shall require the written approval of the Architectural Review Committee."  The purpose of the ARC is "to ensure harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography."  Email queenswoodarc@gmail.com to obtain an ARC request form.

 

All roads within Queenswood (with the exception of Noble Court, Crossbow Court & Windsor Court) are in the North Carolina State Road Maintenance System.  If you notice a pothole please email NCDOT.  The link is:
