Per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Queenswood Subdivision, Article VII, Architectural Review Committee: "All new construction of any improvement, including without limitation residences or fences, shall require the written approval of the Architectural Review Committee."  The purpose of the ARC is "to ensure harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography."

The ARC has designed an Architectural Review Request Form to be used in conjunction with a copy of your plot plan indicating the location of the requested improvement.   ALL ARC REQUESTS ARE TO BE EMAILED TO queenswoodpoa@gmail.com.  The HOA no longer has a physical office address.
